In Jogja

I'm in Jogja now and classes for my 5th semester are already going. I'm taking 22 credits this semester, and 6 of them are classes that I have to retake. I was sick at the 3rd semester finals and some teachers didn't allow me to take a followup test. So I got E for Computer Organization and Architecture II (3 credits) and I didn't get any result for Statistical Methods I (3 credits). Thus the retake.

Anyway currently I'm studying set theory (I actually haven't started this one yet, still trying to get "Naive Set Theory" by Paul R. Halmos), go (an ancient board game), and Japanese. Apart from that, this semester I'm nurturing YIC (Yogyakarta Igo Community), giving C# classes (starting soon), and joining JGOS (Jogja Goes Open Source). Because of that I WON'T undertake any more projects. I've got enough already for this semester...

Will I be able to manage all those stuffs? I'll give updates on this journal so stay tuned.

Anyway, I finished the 13x13 goban. I didn't furnish it because I tried furnishing a test wood and the color became really dark. Maybe I didn't use a thinner but classes were starting so I couldn't work on the board any longer.

As for the Ubuntu, I plugged an old Sound Blaster Live! Value on one machine and sound worked like magic. The other machine still couldn't output sound correctly.

Anyway I bought a capcay (a vegetable cooking) just now and there was a CATERPILLAR in it! I wouldn't throw the whole thing cause it's quite expensive (6000 rupiahs with rice) so I just threw the caterpillar and the adjacent vegetables....

OK going to eat and attend a go class on KGS now...
